About the Jewelry:
Nancy Nelson Jewelry is hand-crafted from recycled materials and ethically sourced stones. Our nature pieces are molded directly from forest findings in order to maintain the natural beauty of the finding.
When will my order ship?
Since each item is handcrafted and made to order, most orders ship within 7-14 days from the order date unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Holiday 2016 Orders - All orders must be placed by December 13, 2016 for delivery by December 23, 2016. Any orders placed after this date are not guaranteed for delivery by December 23, 2016.
Shipping within the UNITED STATES:
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping cost $8.00. Delivery takes 1-3 days depending on where you live. We ship from Maryland.
Please contact email@example.com prior to purchasing if you would like to upgrade to Express mail for an additional cost.
We ship USPS International First Class Mail which is estimated to take 10 - 21 business days from the date of shipment. Standard shipping cost $18.00.

How will my order arrive?
Once an order is received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided with the status of your order. We take care in packaging our jewelry. Each piece is protected within a clear resealable bag and placed in a brown Kraft box and is gift ready.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition. Contact email@example.com for the reason of the return. We will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need . Be sure your item is well-packed and insured.
Returns requested after 14 days will be for a credit only. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges.
All SALE items are considered final sale and are not returnable. We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept unused, ready-made merchandise purchased online or at a show for exchange within 14 days of purchase date. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what size or item you would like instead.
What if my jewelry piece breaks?
If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 30 days, we will repair it free of charge (you pay only for shipping the item to us). Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of the issue. We will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need. Be sure your item is well-packed and insured as we are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
If you want to return an item for repair after 30 days, a nominal fee will be charged for shipping and materials (to be determined by the designer upon inspection of problem).
How should I care for my jewelry?
All jewelry that you receive will come in an air tight poly bag. To keep your jewelry from tarnishing, keep it in this bag and store it in a dark place (drawer or jewelry box) while you are not wearing it. You may use a jewelry cloth to polish. To get to those tricky, hard to reach places, create a cleaning solution with baking soda, soapy water and dash of lemon juice. Apply with an old tooth brush and lightly brush. Jewelry will sparkle and shine!
Please DO NOT use solvents and harsh chemicals. Put on your jewelry last to avoid exposure to hair-styling products and the alcohol in perfume which will often damage not only the metal, but the gems as well.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the amount you would like to purchase, the mailing address you would like the gift card to be sent to, the message to include with the card, your email address and phone number.
Can I pay for my order by check?
Yes, if you prefer to write a check, you may do so for the amount listed on the product page. Please contact email@example.com to order. Items will be shipped after the check clears or payment is received. Be sure to include instructions on which item you would like to order, the preferred length, color, etc., your mailing address, email address and phone number. Please contact us for our mailing address.
